What is Affirm?

  • Affirm is a buy now, pay later payment option.
  • This buy now and pay later option is available on orders over $50.
  • It allows you to make 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks.

Do you offer returns, exchanges and refunds?

  • We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are FINAL. Please note, FeFe Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any returns, reshipments and refunds at any time.

 Where is my order?

  • Orders must be placed by 12PM EST (Mon.-Fri.) to be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted and confirmed, you cannot cancel or modify the order. All sales are FINAL. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order. Packages are sent to the address entered at checkout.

Can I change the address on my order?

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order. Packages are sent to the address entered at checkout. FeFe Cosmetics will not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Hey! My items arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date to report any damages. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damages occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please provide us with your order number, multiple photos and video of all that was shipped, to include packing materials and all products. After 48 hours FeFe Cosmetics reserves the right to reject any claims of damages.

Why does my product look different from the photos online?

  • FeFe Cosmetics tries to accurately display and represent the colors/shades of our products as closely as possible. However, the actual color/shade may vary due to screen resolution, color and camera settings, lighting, undertones, etc. 

What do I need to know about your shipping policy?

  • Free shipping on orders over $40.
  • There's a $5.95 flat-rate fee on orders under $40.
  • Orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days
  • We only ship within the Unites States.
  • We do not ship to P.O Boxes or to multiple addresses.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
